The Very Hungry Kina Class Assembly

My heart was pumping and my mouth was dry as I waited for my time to shine. When it was my turn Alani Lara and I crept out of our hiding place. The snapper were crowding around me, one came up to me and Cracked me open. I listened to the narrators and then it was my turn to go. The music came on and we had to dance like we were mean kina.

Paparore Gala Writing

I woke up and I was so excited because it was the Paparore School Gala!!! I raced out of bed, Toby and Jake were still asleep. I said to them hurry up, we’re going to be late for the gala. We raced into the car and off we went.When we got there I said to mum can Toby and I get a lucky Dip. Mum said yes. I did not want a dumb one. I w him and one for Jake. Jake got chalk and some pens. Me and Toby got chalk and a chalk board.The wrapping was so colourful, it was red,pink and blue. In the pumpkin competition Jackson, Jamie, Kiarn and Kalany won a prize.They looked yum and I saw people sitting on them. Jake went on the rock wall, it looked fun. I had fun on the bouncy castle then we looked at me and Jake’s art. Me and mum got same cookies, they had chocolate and raisins inside of them. When they were in my mouth it was yum. They were so crumbly that I made so much crumbs on the floor.Then we went to the spinning wheel.We did 5 goes . On the 5th one we got some glasses. Next me and Toby went onto the Playgrond then we went home. I got ready for the party at 12 o clook.The Paparore School Gala was amazing.
